I got mine from Williams-Sonoma about 6 years ago. Nothing sticks to it - and I mean nothing. It can go in the oven, so you don't have to grease your cookie sheets just bake them on the silpat and they slip right off every time. I use it all the time for candies instead of parchment. It works for anything that you don't want to stick.
